The content on this website is general information about Honeybee's planned and available services. It is not accounting, tax, legal, payroll, investment, or other professional advice for any person or business.

No engagement through website use

Viewing this website, sending an inquiry, completing a client information sheet, uploading requested documents, or participating in an introductory conversation does not create a client relationship or authorize work. Honeybee begins professional work only after the applicable parties accept a written engagement agreement and any required payment is received.

Client information sheet

Use the client information sheet only when you are authorized to provide the information entered for every person and business listed. Submit one primary legal entity per form. Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, security codes, full bank or card numbers, direct-deposit details, or identity-document information in the basic client information sheet. The separate invited encrypted intake permits necessary tax identifiers, dates of birth, and bank account details for authorized people and entities. It never permits passwords, PINs, authentication codes, or card security codes. Honeybee may contact you to verify identity, authority, client scope, and the correct legal entity before filing or acting on any information.

Secure upload portal

Use the secure upload portal only for documents Honeybee has requested and only when you have authority to provide them. Do not upload software, executable files, usernames, passwords, authentication codes, or unlawful material. Honeybee may reject, quarantine, remove, or request replacement files when needed to protect its systems or complete the work.

Service scope and availability

Final scope, timing, deliverables, responsibilities, and fees depend on the accepted engagement. Cleanup, implementation, special projects, client-owned software, and third-party charges may require separate pricing.

Professional boundaries

Honeybee is not a CPA firm or law firm and does not provide audits, reviews, compilations, attest services, legal advice, investment advisory services, payroll processing, or tax-return preparation. When licensed or regulated work is required, the client retains the appropriate professional.

No guaranteed result

Honeybee does not guarantee tax savings, business performance, financing, profitability, or any other financial result. Decisions remain the responsibility of the client unless a written agreement expressly assigns a specific administrative responsibility to Honeybee.

Website content may be updated at any time. Honeybee makes reasonable efforts to keep information current but does not warrant that every statement will remain complete or error free.
